Bola Adisa helps tech founders, professionals and business leaders build organizations that perform at the highest level and create a meaning beyond the bottom line.
Over two decades at the intersection of enterprise technology, Management, and purpose-driven leadership.
Bola Adisa is an enterprise technology executive with over 20 years of experience at the forefront of the ICT industry — spanning hardware, software, and communications across some of Africa's most consequential organizations.
His career has taken him from product development and business development to technology solutions management at the highest levels. He has led business solutions for SAP, served with IDC — the global ICT research and consulting firm — across West Africa, and held senior leadership roles at CWG PLC, a leading Pan-African technology firm. He does not just understand enterprise technology. He has built, sold, and managed it at scale.
As Chief Technology Officer at The Elevation Church — one of Africa's most influential religious church organization — he drives global technology strategy, aligning digital infrastructure with institutional mission under the leadership of Pastor Godman Akinlabi. Simultaneously, he serves as Campus Pastor at the Maryland Lagos campus, making him one of the rare executives who leads both the technical and the pastoral dimensions of a major organization.
He holds an MBA from HULT International Business School, Boston — one of the world's top-ranked global business schools — and a BSc. from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. The academic rigour sharpened the frameworks. Over two decades in the field, sharpened everything else.
Beyond the boardroom and the pulpit, Bola is a committed family man — husband to Toyin and father to two young adults. He brings that same long-term thinking to everything he builds.
"The workplace is the platform for Kingdom impact."
Faith-anchored strategy. Every framework he teaches is built on the conviction that purpose and performance are compounding forces, not competing ones.
Corporate-grade rigour. Two decades in enterprise technology and management speaking the language of execution, not just inspiration.
Builder mentality. He works with founders in the hard middle — past early traction, not yet at scale. That gap is where most companies stall.
Honest accountability. He is not interested in cheerleading — he is interested in the conversations leaders avoid, helping them not become crises.

There is a moment every growing startup hits where the pressure to scale overwhelms the discipline to be selective. It feels like momentum. But three hires in, you realise you have built a team around urgency instead of values.
